Project Description
This project includes demolition of a three-story brick and concrete laboratory structure, plus all underground foundation walls and slabs. Work also includes all mechanicals not abated or reclaimed by the University. Utilities that service the building are to be terminated within five (5) feet of the building. Select site demolition will include all landscape beds and walls around the building, loading dock drive entrance, and walkways. Protection for select existing trees and replacement of substandard sidewalks, replacement of curbs, and turf establishment with positive drainage in all disturbed areas.
