Project Description
Demolition and renovation of the following: Five (5) multiple user public restrooms in Art + Design (A+D), two (2) multiple user public restrooms and one (1) single user restroom in Krannert Art Museum (KAM). Construction of four (4) new, stacked, single user restrooms in an unused elevator shaft in A+D. One (1) new single user restroom will be created in KAM as part of the Lower Level multi-user restroom renovation.

Work includes removal of all floor, wall and ceiling tile, all existing toilet fixtures and accessories, all existing plumbing piping above the lower level slab, and all lighting. Reinstallation of new plumbing piping, new toilet fixtures and accessories, new ceramic floor and wall tile, new suspended acoustical ceiling tile, new lighting, and reconfiguration of HVAC system elements. Painting of walls not receiving tile.

Mitigation of hazardous materials in the areas of work and in areas immediately adjacent to the work as needed.
