Invitation for Construction Bid: Davenport Hall - West Renovation
All divisions that bid, Divisions 01, 03, 04, and 05, came in over-budget and it has been decided that all bids received for all divisions are non-awarded and this project will be rebid at a later date.

Project Description
This project will renovate the west wing of Davenport Hall, including upgrades to twelve (12) General Assignment classrooms. Corridors and adjacent teaching spaces will also be upgraded. New, high efficiency HVAC systems will be included, as well as new electrical service equipment and lighting; and modifications to the sprinkler system in the affected area.
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in Room 128, Facilities & Services, Physical Plant Service Building, 1501 South Oak Street, Champaign, Illinois 61820 on 07/17/19 at 11:00 AM prevailing time. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
This Project is located at: 607 South Mathews Avenue, Urbana, IL 61801. The main building entrance
is on the Quad. This project is primarily limited to the west wing of the building along the Quad.
