This addendum provides information regarding general clarifications and responses to questions from vendors, updates specification and drawing information, and extends the previously published Sealed Proposal due date from 4/13/2022 to 4/15/2022. Please review Addendum No. 2 for specifics regarding the updated Sealed Proposal due date and time.
This Addendum 01 supplements and amends the project manual and the drawings and shall be taken into account in preparing this proposal and shall become a part of the contract documents. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by listing the number and date, where provided, on the bid form (document provided by the contractor.) This Addendum updates specification and drawing information only and does not alter the previously published bid date(s).

Project Description
Project will included removals of: existing pavements and base material, select curb and gutter, and select existing site lighting conduit and cabling. The site will then install: new base, concrete pavements, storm catch basins, inlets, PVC storm pipe, curb and gutter, an assembly of permeable pavers with stormwater stone course and perforated PVC underdrain piping, select sidewalk pavement, new site electrical conduits, pole foundations, and site landscaping, and replacement of turf and grass. Work by others includes installation of light poles and LED luminaries.

An optional prebid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held via Zoom meeting on Monday, March 28th, at 9 a.m. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
