Description of Project
This project will consist of undertaking the replacement of heating/cooling riser piping, fan coils, pumps and Mechanical Room piping modifications to the thirteen-story wing and add sprinkler system to the thirteen-story wing, with associated piping, conduit and wire, and chase repair work for Sherman Hall, 909 S. Fifth Champaign, IL. Sherman Hall comprises two student housing buildings with a central Lounge building. The complex was constructed in 1966. The project is scheduled for 2005 Summer Construction with approx. a 10 week Construction schedule to Substantial Completion.
