Project Description
The University of Illinois at Chicago Campus is seeking a Professional Services Consultant (PSC) for an interior renovation of common areas in the Science and Engineering Laboratories (SEL) buildings 607 and 608. The services will include the disciplines of Architecture, Interior Design, Environmental Graphics, Furniture Selection, Engineering, Environmental and Cost Estimating. The PSC will provide schematic and design development documents, bid documents, bid/award amd construction administration services. Additional project information is included in Attachment 1, which includes expected deliverables, existing facility assessment and needs and other requirements.
