Project Description
Execute corrective repairs to facade at 3rd and 4th floors, including, but not limited to replacing masonry, shelf angles, flashing, drip edges, masonry control joints, window expansion joints and window seals. Replace interior components associated with exterior repairs, including but not limited to patching and replacing damaged drywall, priming and painting repaired walls. A critical assessment and evaluation has been completed: the project will follow the recommendations of the evaluation.
