Project Description
Expand the existing addressable fire alarm system of the 8 story building; comply with applicable codes including, but not limited to: State of Illinois Fire Marshall, City of Chicago, NFPA and ADA. This project will also consist of the expansion of the existing fire sprinkler system throughout the building. Work will also include primary electrical upgrades to allow for fire pump up-sizing and installation of a new emergency generator, and expansion of existing fire alarm system.
