Project Description
University Housing requests that an A/E firm be hired to plan, design, and administer the necessary upgrades required for kitchen improvements at Lincoln Avenue Residence Hall based on a previously completed feasibility study. The kitchen exhaust is more than twenty years old and unable to operate in an efficient manner. Additionally, more equipment has been added over the years resulting in placement that is not under existing hoods. The total exhaust of air is greater than the supply of air resulting in conditioned air from elsewhere in the facility to be exhausted.
