Project Description
The Capital Development Board (CDB) and the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois are
seeking a professional services consultant for the design, bid and construction administration phase
services to renovate and repurpose approximately 7,685 gross square feet of existing space in the
Speech and Hearing Clinic (UIUC Bldg. No. 0209) located at 901 South Sixth Street, Champaign
(southwest corner of 6th and Daniel.) This currently underutilized and �??of limited use�?? square footage will address mission critical activities and will be converted into quality research space including upgrades to mechanical / electrical spaces and related equipment, A/V systems and tele-data services. The Capital Development Board will hire the consulting team.
