Project Description
The University of Illinois is seeking professional services for design, bid management, and the construction administration for this project, including architectural, mechanical (HVAC, plumbing), automatic fire protection sprinkler system, civil (site utilities) and electrical for a side gable ridge line metal prefabricated manufactured concrete-slab-on grade building for the Crop Sciences Variety Testing Center at its new location, near Old Church Road and South First Street, Champaign, Illinois. This building will include offices, laboratories, shop areas, storage (open mezzanine above offices), toilet areas and a mechanical equipment room. Utilities will also be extended to the site.
