Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a professional services consultant to
develop a comprehensive plan that will assist with guiding future decisions regarding facilities,
operations and the business of Parking at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus. The
last parking master plan was created in 2000 and is no longer relevant. The Parking Department is
currently facing several key issues that a master plan is needed to address. Due to near term planning
needs, the master plan project will be designed to prioritize certain items of the plan and related
submittals. The Study Area will include the "University District". The boundaries of the "University
District" are: University Avenue on the north, Lincoln Avenue on the east, Windsor Road on the south, and Neil Street on the west.
Please see the attached file for more information.
