Project Description
The Capital Development Board and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign are seeking
professional services for the above referenced project. The Professional Service Consultant (PSC)
shall provide the planning, design, bid/award, construction phase, and warranty services for the
Multiple Building ? Emergency Masonry Reconstruction. This project will be completed by the Capital
Development Board (CDB).
This project shall complete masonry repairs at three buildings: Noyes Laboratory of Chemistry at 505 S Mathews Ave, Urbana, IL, Wohlers Hall at 1206 S Sixth St, Champaign, IL, and Edward R Madigan Laboratory at 1201 Gregory Dr, Urbana, IL.

- There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
- The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
