Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign requests statements of qualifications from Professional Services Consultants interested in providing the Urbana-Champaign campus with architectural services on a retainer basis. Up to two (2) firms may be selected. Each agreement will include a contract period for initially a partial year (beginning on a date to be determined and ending June 30, 2020), with options to annually renew for up to three (3) additional contract year periods (July 1 through June 30) for a total of three years plus the partial year, with the opportunity to make adjustments in the scheduled hourly rates at each renewal.

  • There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
  • The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
