The University wishes to lease office, classroom and warehouse space located at /near UI campus in Research Park for a period of 10 years. This property will be used for Energy Efficiency Trng/Eval Center.
The University wishes to lease office, classroom and warehouse space located near the University of Illinois campus in Champaign. The present facility is located in the University of Illinois Research Park. The lease is proposed to be gross and for a 10 year term with a right to terminate after the fifth year and seventh years. This property will be utilized by the University of Illinois for its Energy Efficiency Training and Evaluation Center. The space required is a combination of classroom, a large construction methods lab with 12 foot ceilings and class ?b? office space.
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is soliciting information form qualified respondents regarding the availability of leased office space of approximately 7,500 rentable square feet.
