Sangamon Auditorium will present the performance of Elf the Musical on November 6 and 7,2015.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes in the procurement code because the procurement expenditures are necessary to provide artistic or musical services, performances, or productions held at a venue operated by a public institution of higher education.
