University of Illinois Springfield is seeking a vendor to provide preventive, routine, emergency and miscellaneous plumbing services as required on the University of Illinois Springfield campus for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024 with the option to renew for four (4) two-year periods based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds. The terms of the original contract shall remain the same for any and all exercised renewal options.
