Vendor will provide forensic science services to the University of Illinois Springfield Illinois Innocence Project throughout the term of the contract.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for services, commodities, and equipment to support the delivery of timely forensic science services (30 ILCS 500/1-10(b)(13)) forensic science services
