The University of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide interactive online training courses for employees, undergraduate and graduate/professional students on sexual harassment/sexual assault prevention and response that is compliant with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. � 1681), the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 (VAWA) (Pub. L. No. 113-4, 127 Stat. 54 (2013), and the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) (20 U.S.C. � 1092(f)). The training courses shall also include all content required by the Illinois Preventing Sexual Violence in Higher Education Act (Public Act 099-0426) and the Sexual Harassment Training component of the Illinois State Officials and Employees Ethics Act (5 ILCS 430/5-10.5). In determining what constitutes compliant content, Vendor shall also consider applicable federal and Illinois regulatory guidance relevant to these statutes. Courses must conform with W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.0 (WCAG 2.0) at conformance levels A and AA.

Submit 7 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
