The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, on behalf of Campus Services, is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide a lease for a black and white production copier/printer/scanner for lease periods of either 36 months, 48 months, or 60 month periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
