Please note the pre-submission conference call outlined in Section 1.5 of the RFP document. The conference call will be held on December 20, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Central Time. Although conference call attendance is optional, potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend to hear the explanations and ask questions about the State of Illinois registration requirements. Please have the solicitation document available for reference purposes. Preferences in favor of resident bidders, recycled supplies, and environmentally preferred supplies may apply. See Section 2.2.3 of the RFP document.

Submit 5 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
