The Department of Animal Sciences requires first cutting of alfalfa and grass mix hay at an estimated amount of 1,500 round baled and sized at 5 x 6 weighing as close to 1,500 lbs used for cattle feed with delivery to the Dixon Springs Agriculture Center in Simpson, IL for an initial term of July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.

There is no BEP goal for this procurement.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
