The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is seeking proposals to acquire internet access services in the range of 1 to 4 Gbps on behalf of two or more campuses. The intent is to provide service to multiple campuses in a manner that allows load balancing between multiple providers as well as provides for redundancy via the University's fiber optic ring.
