The University's Civil and Environmental Engineering Department requires a computer controlled digital x-ray imaging system that will be used in conjunction with an existing high energy x-ray system for non-destructive evaluation applications. Vendor’s proposed computer controlled digital X-ray imaging system must be a new, complete system that includes the ancillary equipment necessary to enable function of the imaging plate, reader system and computer. System must include a one-year warranty and two-year service agreement.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. There is no BEP goal for this procurement.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
