The University requires an awarded vendor to lease washers and dryers to University Housing to meet requirements defined within this IFB; for vendors to provide status monitoring tools that will permit students and residents to remotely identify whether washers and dryers are available or busy and track to the status of the washer and dryer cycles when the cycles are complete through an automated smartphone application(?App?); provide maintenance services on the leased equipment; provide claims process for damaged clothing; and provide reports as needed by the University?s Housing Division.
