The University is requesting professional services of a certified public accounting firm to prepare and review the University's required annual Federal and State Form 990-T tax filings, as well as prepare a two-year (current and previous year) comparative analysis by each activity reported on the Form 990-T. The tax returns, work papers (spreadsheets), and two-year comparative analysis will be returned to the University in electronic format when the returns are filed. In addition, tax resources and tax consultation services may be requested on an as-needed basis.
