The Global Campus is seeking to acquire a range of services related to the development of online courses. It is not expected that a single vendor will be able to meet all of the desired services, although the ability of a vendor to meet multiple needs will be considered. Vendors shall indicate clearly in their response the specific service(s) they are able to provide, along with work samples, references, and rates associated with each service.

Submit 1 original and 4 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
