The Center for Training and Professional Development is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide audio and video equipment and services necessary for the Biennial Conference for Women scheduled for early May, 2010. The Biennial Conference for Women is a 2-day event that offers celebrity speakers appearing on a main stage at the University of Illinois Krannert Center of the Performing Arts (KCPA) in Champaign, IL. The services required will be an integrated staging, audio-visual and special effects approach to provide continuity of the theme and graphic look and to ensure that the audience has a positive experience.
