The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is requesting bids for online access to a mathematical literature research database (MathSciNet� or equal) on behalf of the Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Illinois (CARLI) for any and all community college, college, and university members of CARLI that wish to subscribe. The mathematical literature research database will be used for research by students and faculty at the CARLI member libraries. Preferences in favor of resident bidders and environmentally preferable supplies and services may apply. See sec. 2.2.3 of the IFB.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. There is no BEP goal for this procurement. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
