The equipment will be rebid at a later date.
Respondents are reminded that any firm or individual who wishes to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation must attach a copy of the certificate of registration from the State Board of Elections as outlined in the RFP. By law, a proposal cannot be accepted by the University if this is not included.

The successful respondent will furnish and deliver network switches.

Submit one original and three copies of the response as defined in the specifications.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
