The University awarded a contract for Performance Entertainment Merce Cunningham Dance .
This emergency/quick purchase was required due to a situation in which
the opportunity to obtain an entertainment performance was available for a limited time.
The Krannert Center for the Performing Arts requires a deposit to be given to the Entertainment Act immediately in order to lock in the performance date and does not allow for the completion of a sole source.
