Invitation for Bid: Paratransit Buses
The University of Illinois is issuing this non-award per 4.2040(c)(B) as the bids or proposals are not responsive, that is, does not conform in all material respects to the solicitation, including submission requirements. A new bid will be posted at a later date.
The purpose of this amendment (A1) is to answer all vendor questions.

The Division of Disability Resources and Educational Services (DRES) is seeking bids from vendors for five (5) new, unused paratransit buses with the capacity to transport a minimum of 8 individuals in wheelchairs, eight (8) seated passengers and a driver per bus.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. There is no BEP goal for this procurement. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
