Please note the pre-submission conference call outlined in Section 1.5 of the Bid document. The conference call will be held on September 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Central Time. Although conference call attendance is optional, potential respondents are strongly encouraged to attend to hear the explanations of and to ask questions about the State of Illinois registration requirements. Please have the solicitation document available for reference purposes. Preferences in favor of resident bidders may apply. See Section 2.2.3 of the Bid document.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is no BEP goal for this procurement. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
