Amendment 4 is for the purpose of clarifying specifications based on vendor questions.
Amendment 3 is for the purpose of providing information from the pre-proposal conference and clarifying specifications based on vendor questions.
Amendment 2 is for the purpose of extending the bid opening date to April 5, 2012; setting a deadline for vendor questions; and clarifying specifications.
Amendment 1 is to clarify Request for Proposal specifications.

The University is seeking a proposal to lease 28.5 acres of land in the South Farms area, for the installation and operation of a Solar Farm. The University will lease the land to the selected Proposer for $1.00 per year, pursuant to lease and development agreements, and establish a Power Purchase Agreement for the renewable energy. The Proposer will be responsible for design, construction, permitting, transportation needs, operation, and maintenance of the Solar Farm.
