The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has an on-going requirement for fresh produce. Contracts for these services will be awarded from time to time.
Fresh produce will be used to feed students in the residence halls and by Catering Services. Products will be purchased from weekly fax proposals based on spot market pricing at the time of purchase.
