The Utilities and Energy Services Division of the University of Illinois seeks to procure an energy management system appropriate for a large, complex, multi-building higher education institution and with a great degree of flexibility and integration capabilities to facilitate building-level utility information management for the Urbana-Champaign campus.
An optional pre-submission conference will be held on September 24, 2019. See section 1.5 of the RFP document for details.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
