The University of Illinois has elected to cancel per 4.2040 G), all otherwise acceptable bids received are at clearly unreasonable prices. A new bid will be posted at a later date.
Amendment 1 is to change the date of bid opening to June 8, 2017.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
