The University is seeking a vendor who can furnish, deliver & install two types of Access Control Turnstile systems, one motorized and one optical. Installation will occur in the Activities Recreation Center (ARC) and Campus Recreation Center East (CRCE). A MANDATORY pre-submission meeting will be held at the ARC on May 29, 2020 at 10:00am (Local Time). Please see section 1.5 of the bid document for additional information.

There is no BEP goal for this procurement.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
