The University is seeking information from public assembly facility management companies regarding what types of management services are available for our four premier facilities at our three campuses.
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assess the range of services available from vendors and to determine how the University can obtain the highest quality management of these four public assembly facilities. If the information received from the responses is deemed favorable, the University may elect to move forward with a Request for Proposal in order to formally select the most qualified management company with which to contract for the desired services. Alternatively, the University reserves the right to cease further investigation of these services at any time.
