The solicitation will not be awarded in accordance with the Higher Education Standard Procurement Rules (44 ILAC 4.2040b), "the university no longer can reasonably expect to fund the procurement."

The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, on behalf of Technology Services on the Urbana-Champaign campus (UIUC), is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Help Desk Services (at no less than two physical locations) on the Urbana-Champaign Campus 24 hours a day, 356 days per year.
