The University of Illinois is seeking the services of a law firm with extensive experience in banking and credit law, specifically with regard to consumer credit card programs, to provide legal advice to the Office of University Counsel in connection with the development of an affinity card program for the University of Illinois and the University of Illinois Alumni Association. Of particular importance will be the ability of the firm to represent the interests of the customer side in negotiating a consumer affinity card program of this kind.

Proposers must provide background information and experience regarding who would be responsible for the project and the names of all attorneys who would be assigned to the project, references, firm background, as well as other information as requested.
