Request for Professional Services Qualifications (QBS): Architectural/Engineering Services

Qualifications and supporting materials will be accepted at the address below until 4:00 PM, Tuesday September 25, 2001:

Western Illinois is seeking architectural/engineering service for various mechanical equipment replacement in WIU residence halls. The project is to include replacement of the cooling tower and piping at Bayliss/Henninger Halls, addition of a new dishroom to Bayliss/Henninger Halls servery area, and replacement of an absorption chiller, piping and controls in Olson Hall. The total budget for this project is $680,000.

One firm will be selected for all parts of the project. Submittal of qualifications must include: 1. A copy of C.D.B. prequalification; 2. Standard Form 255; 3. Examples of projects of a similar nature, including an owner contact person for each example; 4. Additional information you feel may be useful.

Three copies of submittals should be sent to William Brewer, Architect, QBS Committee Chair, Western Illinois University, One University Circle, Physical Plant, Macomb, IL 61455. Submittals must be received by 4:00 p.m. on September 26, 2001.
