Western Illinois University is requesting proposals to provide television programming services for the Macomb, IL campus. Services will be provided mainly in the on-campus residence halls. However, services will also be needed in other campus facilities such as the Union Hotel, Campus Recreation Center, and other designated campus facilities.
A mandatory Pre-Submission Conference via Zoom is scheduled for Thursday, December 17, 2020 at 1030 AM CST. Vendors must email Lora Lidaywa at LJ-Lidaywa@wiu.edu by 430 PM CST on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 to register for attendance. See section 1.5 of the request for proposal document for additional information.

This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
There is a 10 percent BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
