Western Illinois University is requesting proposals to provide television programming services for the Macomb, IL campus. Services will be provided mainly in the on-campus residence halls. However, services will also be needed in other campus facilities such as the Union Hotel, Campus Recreation Center, and other designated campus facilities.
A mandatory Pre-Submission Conference via Zoom is scheduled for Friday, February 5, 2021 at 10:30 AM CST. Vendors must email Lora Lidaywa at LJ-Lidaywa@wiu.edu by 4:30 PM CST on Thursday, February 4, 2021 to register for attendance. See section 1.5 of the request for proposal document for additional information.
