Add PCC Paving to each of the bus stops. The existing pavement was cracked and in poor condition, which would allow extra moisture into the cracks leading to earlier destruction because of freeze and thaw cycles. We will move to a cleaner edge of existing pavement and could pour a gutter where the road and new bus stops meet eliminating a joint area for water to collect.

Change site location for the bus stop from Corbin/Olson East to Corbin/Olson West per WIU Administration request. Bus stop was originally to be installed in front of aesthetically pleasing Lake Ruth, a very small beautiful picturesque view and an "image builder" for WIU.
The State Purchasing Officer for this procurement is now Tom Sestak.
