Project Description
All labor, material, and equipment necessary to construct a new WIU grand entrance with
brick masonry monument, signage, lighting, and landscaping at the northwest corner of
Highway 67 (North Lafayette Street) and West University Drive, Macomb, IL, as per
bid specifications and drawings.
