The Board of Trustees of Western Illinois University hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the new concrete stairs and railings at the East Village project.

Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked new concrete stairs and railings at the East Village . Bids will be received up to the hour of 1:40 PM local time, on Tuesday, February 15, 2005. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
