Bids will be received up to the hour of
2:00 PM
local time, on
Tuesday, July 12, 2005.
Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 28, 2005 at 2:00 pm at the WIU-Quad Cities Riverfront campus, 3300 River Drive, Moline, IL.
