Provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete the demolition, removal, and cleanup of four (4) properties plus an existing garage at the following locations owned by Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL: 915 W Adams St (house and garage), 921 W Adams St, 337 N Ward St (house and garage), 337 N Sherman St, and Wright Residence garage structure only (333 N Ward St).
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 1:15 PM CST at WIU’s Grigsby Physical Plant large training room, Macomb, IL. A site visit will immediately follow.
