Western Illinois University is seeking a vendor to provide and install a new telescopic seating system in Western Hall, Macomb, IL. This project will include the removal and disposal of the existing 1980?s era, lower-level bleacher seating and installation of a new wall-attached, telescopic seating system comprised of an electrically-operated system capable of being operated (deployed and retracted) by one person.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at 10:30 AM CST at WIU's Western Hall - Hall of Fame Room, Macomb, IL. A site visit will immediately follow. Vendor questions must be in written form and submitted no later than 12:00 PM CST on Thursday, November 5, 2015.
